Where We Ship
JING RAN is preparing checkout for addresses in the United States. We do not currently advertise a United States warehouse or domestic fulfillment location.
Order Processing
Confirmed processing times will appear here and on each product page before orders can be placed. Orders will not be accepted until this information and the available inventory are approved.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
A Standard Shipping method has been prepared in WooCommerce but remains disabled until the real rate and delivery estimate are confirmed. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When an order ships, the shipment email will include the carrier, tracking number, shipment date and a tracking link when provided by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete United States street address, apartment or suite, city, state and ZIP Code. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction before shipment.
