Before Requesting a Return
Please contact Contact Us form with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send an item to an unconfirmed address.
Eligibility
Final eligibility requirements will be published before sales open. Items that have been worn, altered or damaged after delivery may not be eligible, subject to the final policy and applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the item ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. The time for a bank or payment provider to post a refund can vary.
Return Address
